It is possible that some black people are contrarian when confronted by the police...Otherwise,when the police say don’t put your hands in your pockets.most people would not put your hands in your pockets and then resist the police who are attempting to see what you have in your pockets...unless they have something to hide?
We had a detective trying to locate an armed bank robber at the college. He found him, approached him, and the guy reached in his pocket. Shot him dead. He had a Sharpie in his pocket. White guy.
