The same thing was in the news several years back. A US Marine discovered the “girl” he was with was actually a guy. He was very young as well, 18 or 19 and he lost it and beat “her” to death.
That incident was in Southeast Asia. Don’t recall which country right now. But, it was a country that finds such “girls” totally acceptable and wanted to put the Marine in jail for life. I don’t know what the final outcome was in that case but, it made headlines here in the US for a few weeks.

It shouldn’t be legal for a guy to pretend to be a girl, then lead another male on that way. IMHO that is akin to sexual assault.
Old fashioned courting etiquette protects against this kind of thing.

In my youth (1962), with a lot of my friends, we would venture down to the club scene in NY City(The Village), Peppermint Lounge ??. On one excursion, my buddy, “Ange”, had picked a girl of interest. Later on in the evening we find Ange in the back seat, “Making Out” with his young Lady, when all of a sudden he yells “The Bitch Has Balls”... You never can tell.....
