They purposely rioted and busted things up in Buckhead area in Atlanta last night.
I think a survey is in order. All in favor of using deadly force to quell this uprising?

I have had the same feeling regarding Roberts. I think it must have something to do with the adoption of his child. Don’t know why, just a feeling.
Remember when the police started going door to door collecting peoples firearms in New Orleans.? It was right after Hurricane Katrina... When the people needed their guns the most.. I'll wager we will see that happen again...

Now there’s the difference between the North and the South. Here in GA they know where the boundaries are. If they come out to the burbs its going to be smoke em and choke em. They will stay in downtown and Butthead.
Great picture. BUT if anyone of those guys shoots someone, a smart DA is gunna go after them for “pre-meditated” not man-slaughter.
Those punks got enough backdown from law and order,... they now think they have power to take on the next branch..

We are loaded with Eastern Europeans here, from Russia, Armenia and former Soviet Bloc States. They know what it’s like and have had experience fighting real enemies: Murderous Communists.
They came to the U.S. for a better, safer life and don’t want what they left behind to start up here.
They own a lot of the businesses around here and will not take having their homes or businesses looted and burned to the ground. They’ve worked too hard and come too far.
From experience they are distrustful of police to do the right thing, so they take care of business on their own - they also know ways of making bodies disappear and “no one saw a thing.”

There is a lot of bold talk. Do you have a command structure in your neighborhood that would coordinate placing and using weapons?
Practically, however, it is one thing when most of the looters can walk to the scene but an entirely different matter when they have to drive some distance. It is probably hard to keep a mob together at a distance...and when a mob breaks down, the mob mentally (i.e., “individual” responsibility” forfeited to the mob) is eroded.
I’m not a gun owner, but about half of my neighbors are. I rely on herd immunity.

I’m past the burbs, definitely in the country, and I do enjoy moving targets.
