Well, as J. Jonah Jameson said to Peter Parker, "you mean libel, not slander".
In a political campaign, suing for libel against such insults lends credibility to them. Grove Cleveland did NOT respond to the campaign meme of its day "Ma, ma, where's my pa?", implying Cleveland's siring out of wedlock. He was probably as afraid of discovery as Biden would be.

At some point you have to abandon the high road and take on the enemy on his home turf. In this case, going after Biden and his inappropriate conduct is not out of bounds.
His whole manner with young girls is just weird. What kind of a man does such things? Biden doesn’t deserve any sort of deference, even with his advanced age/dementia. He EARNED this sort of disrespect over a career of being a dirtbag democRAT (see Robert Bork, and or Clarence Thomas). Sow the wind, reap the whirlwind.
