To my less than profound legal mind, this team sounds like overkill for the impeachment process. I think that it may be directed at a much larger job. What about the previously announced Sekulow/Philbin/Cipollone/Starr/Dershowitz/Ray/Bondi/Raskin/Purpura Team? Are they still on the team, or were they A headfake? Or does President Trump have some housecleaning to do in addition to the Impeachment?
It is not about witnesses it is about witchnesses as in witch hunt. For them, all Republicans are witches. If they could, they would be burning them at the stake—or, as they did during Jim Crow days, lynching with arbitrary justification.
