Events related to Iran and Israel appear to be dominant with numerous Israeli attacks reported in Iraq, Lebanon and Syria since Saturday night. There's also been a rocket attack aimed at southern Israel from Gaza.....
Iran's Foreign Minister Javad Zarif arrived by airplane at Biarritz, France. site of the G7 summit, just after 8am Eastern US time Sunday morning....
The Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri said the Israeli drone strike reported in the suburbs of Beirut early Sunday was a:
"blatant attack on Lebanon's sovereignty".....
The US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo spoke with the Lebanese Prime Minister Hariri Sunday saying escalation needs to be prevented in the region.....
From Syria five are reported dead after Israeli strikes near Damascus late Saturday night....
A Shiite Muslim militia in Iraq reports nine of its members killed in what is said to be an Israeli drone attack near the Iraq-Syria border Sunday evening....
Later Sunday evening three rockets fired at southern Israel creating panic....
Lebanese media reporting during the overnight hours early Monday morning an Israeli attack on a Palestinian camp in the Bekaa Valley.....
Late Sunday more clashes between police and protesters in Hong Kong with police using tear gas, water cannon, rubber bullets and even live ammunition in at least one case...

Two sides..Even if I believed the Killer Drone Story, how do you explain Lebanon, and Iraq attacks?
Funny that any time Sovereign Secular Syria, and its allies make gains against the regime change terrorists, Israel attacks.
Two men I have learned to not second guess- DJT and Netanyahu.
Just trying to piece together the picture of what is happening and asking why as well?
Clearly trying to provoke an Iranian response.
Next provocation could be on the high seas with oil tanker seizures. Two tankers already being linked by the US government to either the IRGC (Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps), declared a “terrorist” organization making it subject to military action by the US, or to be violating sanctions against Syria.
If Iran can be pushed into violence it can be portrayed as the aggressor and perpetrator of violence. Any response to these actions can be portrayed as “Pearl Harbor”.
The Iranian regime is clearly a militant theocracy with military power, but we are talking again with China on trade and President Trump has talked to North Korea’s Kim Jong-un in spite of all of his ills.
Why not the Ayatollah?
The Ayatollah negotiates only with acts and postures. Kim only negotiates how China dictates. I think ultimately China is the subject of both theaters.
