U.S. Representative Jerrold Nadler, who will lead the Judiciary Committee when Democrats take control of the House of Representatives next month, said on Sunday that if the payments were found to violate campaign finance laws it would be an impeachable offense. We actually have an authority who has already weighed in on what an impeachable offense is:
"An impeachable offense is an abuse of Presidential power designed to or with the effect of undermining the structure or function of government, or undermining constitutional liberties."
Who wrote that, I wonder?
Jerrold "No-Nads" Nadler, 1998

This has already been fed back to him and its basic response is the time-worn classic; "That was then, this is now!"
