Hehe ... yup, they’re not for everyone. I started eating Underwood sardines in mustard sauce when I was just a little kid because my mom and dad liked them. Not sure if the Underwood brand is even around any longer, but these are better because the fish is larger. Also had them in something resembling Tabasco sauce as well as soybean oil ... too oily. I think the mustard sauce masks the oil.
