Only if Trump or Sanders call on him.

The President needs to tell this Federal judge to go to hell because a mere judge has no authority over the White House...nor does the US Supreme Court.

Let Acosta feel the humiliation of never being called on again. Then, he’ll file a lawsuit about being “discriminated against” or some such nonsense. Since the President is not required to have press conferences at all, is he required to call on Acosta? Let this traitorous judge’s pass be worth nothing.

Don’t call on Accosta.
Don’t call on CNN.

Freeze them out entirely until CNN makes the decision to ban Accosta from the White House.

"... that would temporarily reinstate ..."

OK wise guy. No press conferences until the case is fully heard and decided. Also, no daily briefings - give Sarah a well-deserved break. (Let's see the judiciary try to order the Executive Branch to conduct briefings!)

No judge has authority over the president’s press conference. They should ignore it and lock CNN out entirely. Give their press passes to some other news agency. Maybe hand them out by lottery to bloggers.

This judge either doesn’t know a frivolous lawsuit when he sees it or he doesn’t care. Either way he’s shone himself to be unqualified and/or incompetent to do his job.

Not sure if I’d rather see the WH
1) Never call on him
2) Only call on him - if he says he’s done, ask him to select the next person who he will yield his time to. When he’s done asking questions or yielding his time, then announce the “Acosta Press Conference” is over. Replace the presidential seal with the CNN logo to let everyone know this is CNN’s press conference, not the WH’s.
3) Send an intern to reply “i’ll get back to you” on EVERY question when Acosta is present. Send someone to answer questions if he decides to skip it.

Set up rules for orderly press briefings: No yelling.
Raise your hand.
I will point to you or I will say your name if I know it.
State your name and news organization.
Ask a question.
Do NOT interrupt my answer.
This is not a debate.
This is not a "scream at each other all at once" show.
This is not an interview.
If you don't agree with my answer or you think it is incomplete, you may ask a follow up question, but do not make a statement.
If you don't like my second answer, too bad.
Go back to "No yelling" at the top of this statement.
Next question, etc.
If you don't like these rules, go do something else.

Stick him in the back and don’t call on him. If he gets disruptive by yelling out, toss him out again.

Access to the President is the prerogative of the Secret Service and the White House Police.
I agree with the Freepers who say, ignore the judge.

A press conference does not grant anyone who wants to attend
the right to show up and be an ass without consequences.

No press conferences until this is overturned. None. No access to any press members in the White House. Lock em all out.

If Acosta cannot be excluded from press conferences, then President Trump should simply not hold any. There’s nothing in the Constitution that requires the president to hold press conferences.

President Trump should remind everyone that he has the keys to the White House and only those he decides to let in get in.

Also, the press conferences are merely opportunities for the idiot press to smear Trump with accusations, not questions. If Trump wants to give a press conference, he should use conservative media. Will have a bigger audience.

They are no longer “Press Conferences” They are “PRESS INTERVIEWS” and are by invitation only. Limit it to 5 reporters/interviewers and have strict ground rules.

This bad judge set a terrible precedent. There will be other problem children like the baby Acosta in the future. Any given Administration needs a way to deal with them just like any protester disrupting any official meeting will quickly be escorted out.
