Proving the old adage that “The Law’s an ass”, a federal judge on Friday granted CNN’s request for a court order that would temporarily reinstate ‘correspondent’ Jim Acosta’s White House press pass.
In this case, the law’s not only an # but donkeys are riding all over it because it, in effect, gives a bullhorn back to a badgering blowhard.
Only if Trump or Sanders call on him.
The President needs to tell this Federal judge to go to hell because a mere judge has no authority over the White House...nor does the US Supreme Court.
Let Acosta feel the humiliation of never being called on again. Then, he’ll file a lawsuit about being “discriminated against” or some such nonsense. Since the President is not required to have press conferences at all, is he required to call on Acosta? Let this traitorous judge’s pass be worth nothing.

Don’t call on Accosta.
Don’t call on CNN.
Freeze them out entirely until CNN makes the decision to ban Accosta from the White House.
Read the ruling. IT’S ONLY A TRO! The trial will go on and the question of can the White House ban him has not been decided. All this means is they have to let him into the building while that is decided.
I reallly believe this whole thing was a plan cooked up at cnn from the beginning.
If he's a jerk, they should ignore him as best they can. If that is impossible, end the news conference. All news outlets are frozen out until Accosta no longer shows up.
Maybe pull a “Pocahantus” and say he’s part something or other and file discrimination ??
So, pretty much they must allow him into the white house and assault interns, hold debates and filibusters again without risk of getting banned.

OK wise guy. No press conferences until the case is fully heard and decided. Also, no daily briefings - give Sarah a well-deserved break. (Let's see the judiciary try to order the Executive Branch to conduct briefings!)
I am more concerned that this judge was a Trump appointee WTH I thought Trump was getting names from TRUSTED outside sources this was sure a more than LOUSY pick!!!
No judge has authority over the president’s press conference. They should ignore it and lock CNN out entirely. Give their press passes to some other news agency. Maybe hand them out by lottery to bloggers.

Then he CAN’T go to the White House!
Just have the Secret Service pull his creds again. Whats the judge going to do about it?
This judge either doesn’t know a frivolous lawsuit when he sees it or he doesn’t care. Either way he’s shone himself to be unqualified and/or incompetent to do his job.
Not sure if I’d rather see the WH
1) Never call on him
2) Only call on him - if he says he’s done, ask him to select the next person who he will yield his time to. When he’s done asking questions or yielding his time, then announce the “Acosta Press Conference” is over. Replace the presidential seal with the CNN logo to let everyone know this is CNN’s press conference, not the WH’s.
3) Send an intern to reply “i’ll get back to you” on EVERY question when Acosta is present. Send someone to answer questions if he decides to skip it.
