I still see a man stepping back and unarmed when he was shot. Looks like murder to me. Trayvon was pounding a mans head into the pavement. Michael Brown was doped up and attacking.
This coward watched the husband go into the store, then argues with his wife while he is gone. He gets knocked down and pulls his gun. Shoots the man as he steps away.
Not a travesty in my book if he gets charged. Especially since the store owner was complaining to the cops on several occasion that this guy was always starting trouble over that spot.
I saw a man initially step back, and then pause and side step. I don’t know what the thug was thinking, but what ran through my mind was, “he’s sizing up the situation and thinking how to regain the initiative to attack the man again.”
And if I were the man on the ground, and that thought ran through my mind, I would have shot the thug.
We don’t know if he waited till the boyfriend went into the store or not. The video shows him pulling up and parking after the boyfriend and son have walked into store.
Fortunately I live in Texas, regardless of the talking or bravado on either side if your shove me you are a dead man. the burden of proof here is on the none physical party. I put rounds down range overseas at this point I have zero hesitationn. I saw the video I would have plugged this guy before I even tried to get up, two center of mass and one to the cns on pure reflex alone. In Texas It wouldn’t even make the grand jury. it is irrelevant that I talk shit to your wife you have to be civil or risk your life in Texas it really is that simple.
