Scrubbing names isn’t enough.

I can’t speak to Canadian universities, but, there can be bias if you see what school someone attended.

For example, someone from Howard or another historically black university is likely to be black.

Someone from Brigham Young is probably Mormon.

Someone from Harvard may have stereotypes surrounding his/her background, because even though ivy league universities have presitge, some employers may actually discriminate against them, to gsin greater diversity.

If addresses are in a resume or application, certain assumptions msy he made regarding what osrt of town an applicant lives in..

What about Wellesley? What about Hillsdale? What about Liberty?
