Whoever controls the media controls the narrative. Whoever controls the narrative controls the world. Media propaganda has reached a level we have not seen in our nation’s history as wars are ignored, politicians destroyed, and truths distorted. But the American people want change and they got that in Donald Trump. Despite that, the media is still the same and is now as atrocious as ever.

The media bubble is very real and it’s only getting worse. Our major media companies consist of a cast of anchors and pundits suffering from a severe case of Trump Derangement Syndrome. They got 2016 wrong and they are still getting it wrong, continuing to promote the baseless Russian collusion narrative while ignoring the many successes Trump has made in his first two years in office and failing to adequately cover much more significant stories.

Thanks to the internet, nobody controls it any more. And the sad truth is that it can’t help but get ugly. The time of “slow and gradual change” is over. And dramatic changes are never comfortable for those that experience them. Think WWII.
The author doesn’t get it. Thinking liberals are leaving the bubble. Those that remain are so radical even some “leftists” are embarrassed. They will probably need to be dealt with - harshly - at some point, but they are a shrinking minority.
I respectfully disagree..... the 20% at most that are stuck in the bubble include the MSM and those not there are growing tired of the groupthink and far more skeptical of the world view they espouse. In other words, more of the mushy middle is trending Trump despite the non-stop battering of the bubble. The author could have improved the piece by making that point more directly.

This is one reason I post more on leftist youtube videos than I do here. We are posting solid, factual responses to a bunch of silly ad-hominem and it is having an impact. The lurkers are getting it.
In a world where all sides are allowed to make their best case, the truth percolates to the top. It is happening before our eyes. The only solution for the left is to figure out how to silence the right on the internet.
