The wall comes first but too many people there need hope. Where in that region should it be placed?

I don't disagree, and ultimately it would only work if non-UN forces were used to enforce it, but I do believe that proposing this is a win-win. If it works, surprisingly, then it will help the people in Syria who are caught in the cross-fire, and also help solve the refugee disaster. If it doesn't work, the failure is on the feckless UN, where it belongs.

Germany has Muslims because the politicians the German people elected invited them. And then Germans re-elected these same politicians. So while we might not approve of a Germany filled with Muslims, the German people themselves don't seem to mind it.

We have enough oil and natural resources to support ourselves. I feel for the innocents, but human history has been rife with situations like this. Let them sort it out themselves and whoever comes out on top, we either adopt as an ally because they respect our values or we crush them mercilessly if they don’t and they pose a threat to us. And let the cycle there begin again to see who comes out on top, friend or foe. Having said that, I would make efforts to help or emigrate Christians and Jews from hostile countries before we abandon the countries to their self determined fates. And I say that as a Hindu 😊

Of course this presumes we have not been destroyed from within by then already by the American left.
