Screw all you Sessions bashers. Hope you choke on crow.
Screw all you Sessions bashers. Hope you choke on crow.
This
I will gladly choke on crow, I will eat it with a fork.....when it’s justified. That ain’t happened yet.
I hope Sessions gets you on civil asset forfeiture....
Screw us?
Sessions has been the biggest bust of all of Trumps appointments - including Scaramucci - when you consider what hes done versus the expectations of him and the cascade of crap caused by his boneheaded decision to recuse himself from an imaginary charge against the president that the left created as an excuse for losing the election. I derive no pleasure from saying that, but it is eminently true.
Innocent people are getting their lives ruined by Mueller, charging them with process crimes that are totally unrelated to the phony reason for the special counsel and often pre-dating Trumps candidacy as the result of Sessions actions. General Flynn is selling his home to pay for legal bills incurred by the lefts time honored tradition of lawfare, all because Mr. Magoo couldnt see one step ahead of what they were trying to do. Its not like lawfare is a new tactic of the lefts.
And here we are 1 1/2 years later and this is still ongoing. All Mueller has to do is make up the flimsiest charge about anything against Trump since itll never go to court, and his presidency is seriously damaged, perhaps mortally.
Lets also not forget that a Democrat now sits in his Senate seat. Thats not his fault, but it makes it impossible to say we wouldnt be better off if he stayed in the Senate.
Sessions has been a total disaster.
I’ve said from the beginning that I was going to take a wait and see attitude on Sessions. My belief has been that no good AG shows his cards. Sessions doesn’t appear to me, to be a man who needs to advertise what he’s doing, just because he wants a pat on the back, or be recognized by the public. Silent, but deadly is what I would hope is going on in the background. Everything in good time. I’m willing to give the AG the time he needs to get it done, and get it done right.
People sure are scared of Mr Sessions and I love it, Mr Sessions will still he sitting at the table when all others are gone....you can’t rattle a Southern Gentlemen...
Thanks for saying that. I just choose not to engage them because for the most part they're, well, you know.
So, would they rather Eric Holder or Janet Reno? Sheesh.
The ones getting screwed are the taxpayers. He's got pay dirt and he's sifting through sand.
I thought that Sessions had a plan all along. Imagine how it would have been received if he had appointed a special counsel at the beginning. Duelling Banjos? If Sessions were younger and had political ambitions, I would be worried. But this is it for him. He wants to go out in a blaze of glory. For those who question his motives, remember that he was the first Senator to support Trump. Without that support, it is doubtful that Trump could stay in the race. I actually agree with McCarthy’s suggestion and believe that it is a brilliant plan. I also believe that Trey Gowdy is part of the plan. However, you are correct. Patience is a hard sell on this forum. If we are wrong, then we will gladly admit it when something actually happens. I believe that The IG is about to release his report and Gowdy knows what is in it. When released, Sessions, Gowdy and Nunes will have all of the cover that they need. As I said, it could be a brilliant plan. I hope I am right.
Sessions foolishly set himself in time out, let Trump down, effectively turning over the barn to Rubenstein, keys and all. Trump and most of his base paid the price for Sessions personal tribute to his conscience and were flabbergasted.
What makes you think this apparent epiphany of Sessions is his work and not that of Rubenstein?
The fact is Sessions has, for well over a year, been reduced to the club parrot, in charge of announcements. His congressional testimony was an embarrassment, briefed only by Rubenstein to speak, and turning to aides to answer. He firmly heard, saw and spoke no evil and was convinced he had seen nothing to warrant a Special Counsel for anything.
Certainly, we can hope his time out is ending, but the PRICE has been already paid and was steep. He owes us, and of course Trum, thats for
sure.
> Screw all you Sessions bashers. Hope you choke on crow.
Amen. I trust Trump, and Trump clearly trusts Sessions, or he would be gone. You know I read that Trump was aware that he was going to recuse himself prior to getting the A.G. nod.
Absolutely.
