Not that I would encourage it....but if you examine her idea for the free-entry permit...why wouldn’t we go ahead and find several thousand homeless folks in the US, and help them apply for the free-entry permit, and send them off to Sweden? It doesn’t seem like anyone cares who comes in, and the homeless folks in Chicago would fit right into Sweden.
