We all know Roberts is tainted. Let's say GOP picks up several seats as expected(hoped). Ted Cruz leads the impeachment charge. If successful guess who Trump picks to take the seat? Trump was having fun last night. No reason why we can't do the same.
Garland is 65. Nobody’s going on the SC at that age.
I’d bet that a fair number of federal judges would meet the grounds for impeachment. And that’s actually where the effort should be. Impeaching and removing even a handful of these commie judges would cause a lot of trembling throughout the leftist judicial “industry.”

I’ve never heard of demoting a chief justice; maybe it can be done at the state level, but I don’t think it would past muster in liberal D.C.
What’s so hypocritical about TCruz is that he claims to be a “constitutional lawyer,” but in the AL case he does NOT eeven in “due process of law.” Monday is the deadline for a principled conservative to file to oppose Cruz in the March 6 primary. I don’t think there are any takers. Its Cruz or the popular BO’Rourke!
