Larry Klayman Asks Trump To Appoint Him Special Counsel To Prosecute Clinton – Sessions Must Resign
IWB ^ | Ruby Henley

The American people have been betrayed by Attorney General Jeff Sessions, so it is time to move on. In fact, there is no time to waste. There is too much work to be done right now, and Larry Klayman is the one man who knows that. He says Attorney General Jeff Sessions is afraid to move forward to do the right thing, as he fears Mueller. Jason Chaffetz says Sessions has told him point blank he will not prosecute Clinton.

Chaffetz told Judge Jeanine, “while I was in Congress and the Chairman of the Oversight Committee, I did go over and visit with Attorney General Sessions and it was one of the most frustrating discussions I had, because whether it was the IRS, Fast and Furious, the email scandal that we went through, I did not see the Attorney General willing to just let Lady Justice administer justice and then follow through. I understood maybe the last six months of the Obama Administration. He basically let me know he wasn’t going to pursue anything on the major cases.”

As Judge Jeanine was shocked and irate, Chaffetz went on to say, Sessions said no to the email scandal on Hillary Clinton. Chaffetz continued that as Clinton’s staff ignored court subpoenas, Sessions looked the other way. I wondered how Clinton’s staff got away with not showing up for court even when subpoenaed – now I know.

Your comment is severely exaggerated and highly inaccurate.

Personally I don’t care who Trump selects or appoints to prosecute the Clintons, frankly they need to be in prison ASAP before anyone else gets “ARKINSIDED”. Then again, Hitlary and Billy Bob will probably have access to telephones and could call up anyone to “take care of business”. Seems Loretta Lynch might have been “talked to” about not prosecuting Hitlary when Billy Bob hopped onto her plane a while back for a brief “chat”. Nothing would surprise me.

>> No more Klayman <<

Yep, before a bunch of FReepers go absolutely ga-ga and swoon over Larry, they might want to ask Tom Fitton about Larry’s character.

But hey, I think we need a few nutty threads like this one every day to inject humor into our lives!

Sessions may believe the right things, but he doesn’t have the stomach for fighting for them.

Bringing Klayman on board pretty much ensures this will not happen.

Sure he's won a couple of bucks here and there but mostly he's lost a lot of big cases. He's a showboat and a publicity hound, not really a serious lawyer. He's a conservative Lisa Bloom.

The Clintons need to go to prison but it will take a serous, sober investigator working quietly behind the scenes to send them there.

I personally don’t think you could find a jury that would convict.

Sessions is afraid of Hillary. He knows about the dead bodies.

Sessions will be transferred to another department after next weeks election, once his senate seat is filled by Judge Roy Moore.

Good riddance and please President Trump do not hire any more Senators as they are really useless.

...”Sessions accepted the position as AG and then recused himself from any duties as AG. Why is he collecting a salary and perks if he refuses to work? Why did he accept the position in the first place?”...

Frustrating, isn’t it? One wonders why he is not replaced.

Respect and faith in the law is not merely important for a free society, it is essential. When it becomes apparent that laws are not faithfully enforced, the whole of society breaks down. The very future of the United States is at stake if Hillary is not held accountable.

The crimes she has committed are not like unpaid parking tickets or technical violations, and they are not merely speculative. For example, there is no question that Hillary mishandled and destroyed classified information on a massive scale. There is no question that she accepted hundreds of millions of dollars from Russia and Saudi Arabia while she was secretary of state and provided favorable rulings to them. And everybody is aware of this. We all know it’s true.

If she isn’t held responsible for these crimes, why should anybody be held responsible for any crime? When we lose respect for the law, when we lose our faith or trust that the law is applied equally, we lose society. Hillary MUST be prosecuted or our nation dies. Simple as that.

“I would like to see Trump go on the offensive, but not with Larry Klayman.”

Repeating you: “NOT WITH LARRY KLAYMAN”. I’m sure he’s a nice guy, but so is Sessions, probably.

Klayman has had few, if any successes, in any of his cases. Epic fail. When it comes to prosecuting Clinton, she and her team would have Klayman for lunch before the first day was over. By lunch time, actually. They would chew him up, spit him out, and win every battle. When Trump goes after Clinton, he has to choose the absolute best, strongest, and ruthless person to handle the job.

I’m glad Klayman started Judicial Watch so that Tom Fitton, et al., could come in an kick ass now; they’re doing an excellent job and have many wins. But NOT KLAYMAN.

This information on this meeting with sessions was posted a few weeks ago. It is nothing new. I guess many people did not read it the first time around.

>> I’m sure he’s a nice guy <<

I’m not so sure that Larry’s mother would agree because as I vaguely recall, Larry sued the poor woman.

Also, I kinda doubt that Tom Fitton would agree. Didn’t Tom and Larry fight a nasty legal battle over control of Judicial Watch?

Wow. Sued his mother? Just “yikes!”

I know Klaman was in some legal battle re Judicial Watch but didn’t know the story surrounding it. In any case:

1. I’m glad Fitton is there instead of Klayman, and
2. Klayman should not try to “help” Trump with Clinton issues.
