Nothing must be allowed to make a crack through which bipartisan responsibility for enacting this turd could wedge it's way in.
Remove the executive orders propping it up and let it bring the pain.
Make a big show of not allowing those who had a part in this turd a seat at the table regarding healthcare in the future.

There was a speech I believe Trump gave (might not have been Trump) where the term ObamaCare was used and the blacks in Congress had a fit claiming it was the ACA and not to call it ObamaCare. They wanted to distance themselves from it for some reason. Zero them used the term ObamaCare and it stuck.
