The price of any firearm is what the market decides not what’s in that gun book. Example: I saw a Marlin Camp gun in .45ACP selling for around $800 at a gun show - the pricing book says its value was about $320 depending on condition.

the pricing book says its value was about $320 depending on condition. The truest thing one can say about pricing books on guns is they are obsolete the moment they are sent to the publisher.
