‘Could be’? Gee, ya think? But it will be beneficial to your blog, won’t it.
Welcome to FR. Are you familiar with the term ‘IBTZ’?
Paging Captain Obvious....
Note that this will be GREAT (economically speaking) for various contractors - they’ll be busy for YEARS to come with the amount of damage in Houston and environs and along the coast. It’ll probably make property values rise across the state, as much less new housing will be constructed elsewhere while so many workers and so much material are being poured into this country’s 4th largest city to rebuild big chunks of it.
It’s not going to be as devastating as the impact of all these libtards moving here... Texas will come back from the impacts of Harvey
Might have the opposite effect.

Capitalized letters turn uninformed psychotic overblown rants into TRUTH! DO YOU UNDERSTAND?
There will be a huge increase in Texas’ economy.
Just the way economics work.

Huh. Having your town under ten feet of water could impact walk-up sales? Who knew?
Seniors who have homes paid off, living off retirement/SS or other things have a home that probably isn't covered by flood insurance, very expensive as I have had it in the past, gone; Clothes, gone; Car/s, gone; No drug stores to fill scripts, gone; no grocery stores, gone; what is left of their lives, can they start over, probably not...
Families, no jobs, gone; savings, probably little if at all, gone; car/s, gone; what are they going to do? Live with out of state parents to get on their feet, if they are lucky...move to another state to seek employment, if they are lucky...
Oil refineries, shale, roads, bridges: have to be repaired, and thanks to our gutless Congress and the biggest fraud of a Muslim that ever walked on American Soil: 20 trillion dollars in debt, you see we had to give Iran and the rest of the world money and not have it for America and her people...
Yeah I would say these people are not really in a good mood right now, so if I were someone looking for trouble, I would stay the heck out of Texas for a while, it's a free carry state, you might get your balls shot off, that is if you have any...
Dear Father God:
Bless the people of Texas, help them keep what little hope they have, send your Angels around them to hear their prayers and help them to over come the mountain they are going to have to climb. Amen.

My brother left a northern Houston suburb with his family at 5 am Saturday. He said his was the only car on the road. Today, the online flood gauges say he has two feet of water in his house (if they can be believed).
His Houston factory is flooded. He’s shopping for an RV in Dallas so he can get his factory back in operation as quickly as possible (and get his daughter back to school).
Baloney. See all those full-size pickups on the dealers lots? The ones being discounted? One year from now there won’t be any discounts, but there will be relaxed credit standards as tradesmen take the money theyve made from insurance companies doing the rebuild to commercial and residential properties.
That giant sucking sound? It’s the sound of carpenters, electricians and drywall guys pulling out of the Midwest and heading for TX. For good if they can swing it.
Things suck now, but TX construction is going to be juiced for 18-24 months after the insurance money starts flowing.
Joplin Missouri five years later. (2016)
“In 2011, Joplin, Missouri, was hit by one of the deadliest tornados in US history. Thanks to on point rebuilding efforts, the city is now thriving”
