Oh là là! -- Melania Dazzles with a Tri-Color Dress at the Eiffel Tower
Google Images ^ | Photos from recent trip to Paris

Oh là là, our splendid First Lady knocked my socks off again with a very original dress! The red, white and blue must have impressed the French on Bastille Day.

Voltaire, the ex-prisoner, would approve!

Enjoy! More pics at the Google Image link above.

A woman of humility, beauty and grace can wear anything and make it look great. A woman devoid of humility, beauty, and grace can’t wear that looks good.

...and the Donald looks fine, fit and rested after a grueling primary...presidential election and 6 months in the Oval Office.

Looks good for 3.5 more years and another term.

The whole family (e.g. Barron, not shown) is like something from Dallas or Falcon Crest:

Well said. You can’t make a silk purse from a sow’s ear.

Macron’s mother never smiles with her teeth showing! Weird.

Barf alert for my comment below. Don't say you weren't warned.

While the left is hoping that last season was just a dream and they'll wake to see Hillary in the shower.

I love the dress but the white applique thing sort of detracts from the look. I think the dress would be more sleek and chic without it.

When are the state dinners going to begin? I am looking forward to Melania’s evening gowns.

It would have been prettier as a white top and blue skirt dress with a red belt. Whose idea was it to place scraps of white cloth on the front? I swear designers do tacky stuff like that to fool people into thinking it is high fashion. I read somewhere it was suppose to be a sheaf of wheat, though there was no enlightenment for what a sheaf of wheat would have stood. Other then that the dress is lovely as is our first lady.

Take a look at these Shinto festoons from Japan.

I think the inspiration for the white cloth comes from this Asian influence. To me, it's what makes the dress alluring.

It definitely breaks fashion rules.
