The CEO of Whataburger Preston Atkinson announced earlier this month that they will be closing the doors at all their restaurants as of February 2018. The fast food chain has been going down hill do to competition and not being able to get other states to allow them to build restaurants there.

Me, too. Great burgers.
I enjoyed their food when I lived in Oklahoma . . . but that was back when I could still eat hamburgers without dire results.
Seems unfair that a franchise can not enter other states.

Their burgers suck.
I only go there for the chicken sandwich for the wife since it is the only close fast food place with a whole wheat bun. And the hot ketchup.
I have tried several of their burgers (also Steak N Shake next door). Paper-thin tasteless patties, so-so buns.
I usually get the chicken strips when I pick up the sandwich for the wife.
