When you put your gun on in the morning and leave the house for the day, are you concerned about printing?
The above picture was shared with me on Twitter. Taken by a man in a checkout line behind a woman whose firearm is only being thinly veiled by her light pink t-shirt, she could obviously care less about printing.
It’s a topic of discussion I’ve had with several instructors and an issue I’ve had myself – should we be concerned with whether or not our gun “prints” through our clothing? Yes, but mostly because if you’re carrying concealed, the object is to actually conceal the firearm. Otherwise, you might as well open carry (and don’t get me started on that today).

There was a time in the 90’s when fanny packs were ‘somewhat’ trendy for men to carry. Anymore, if a guy is wearing a fanny pack, unless he looks like a hippie, sodomite, or a libtard, it’s a fairly safe bet the guy is carrying.
I would imagine that your flight deck weapon would be loaded with hollow points?

From the picture, I’d guess she doesn’t look in the mirror all that much.
If I wear a tight shirt, I use an ankle holster. I used to carry one a lot in a belt mounted camera bag (Nikon on it).
That said, you can be like Jeff Cooper, who said if he didn’t have clothes that would conceal a pistol, he’d carry it in a paper sack.

I say anyone willing to get on their knees and beg for a permit to exercise a Constitutional right (understanding there are some states where no permit is required) should just hand their gun over and accept their chains of slavery. Just one reason why I open carry.

If I had a figure like the girl in the pic, I wouldn’t be wearing that kind of top in the 1st place. I almost always wear something lose that helps conceal. I do have a problem carrying in my speedo however.
I say Open Carry and quit worrying about it. Concealed carry has it’s place but is stratgically inferior to Open Carry.
If 10% of the populace Open Carried, violent crime would be a bad memory.
Ditto. I might make concessions on what I carry and how I carry it for business and social reasons but never because “it’s the law.”
Mrs. L carries daily, on body IWB. She always checks her hair, makeup and whether or not she’s printing before she leaves the house.

As opposed to the guy in a LasVegas Cosco, a couple of years back, who was shot by three dumbass cops because some Vegas snowflake saw the butt of his pistol.
I, too, carry an LCP, but worry about the accuracy if needed. And, yes, I DO practice with it.

The biggest danger is the possibility of other passengers being hit by stray rounds. However, when the assumption is that the bad guys intend to kill everyone on the plane, this is a small risk.
different days, different tools... i have a Ruger .380 LCP that doesn't even print in the pocket of my shorts other than that, baggy is better
