With the RATS and the MSM intent on trying to impeach Trump, the sooner Kennedy packs it in the better.

Mike Cernovich, who made all kinds of crazy pro-Trump rumors before the election which came true, is ahead of the curve again:

When Ginsberg takes her dirt nap the hearings for her replacement will match the Bork hearings in intensity. I hope Trump doubles down and nominates Cruz. It would be worth it to watch the libs go absolutely nutso.

They’ll have to wake up Gingsburg or just wheel her down to his retirement party.

Judge Thomas would be just as or maybe even more difficult to replace Than Judge Scalia was.I would think that all here on FR love Judge Thomas.

“Arghhhhhh. Still 7-1/2 years to go before Roberts can go.”

Less than five. The age/service total goes up by two each year.

But I am not a math major.

I recall reading that all three women have had very serious health problems.

Ginsburg has already survived both colon and pancreatic cancer.

She was diagnosed with colon cancer in 1999 and subsequently underwent surgery, chemotherapy and radiation.

Ten years later, she was found to have pancreatic cancer — among the most life-threatening forms of the disease — prompting a surgery to remove a small tumor and additional chemotherapy. Several other hospitalizations followed in 2009.

Cancer is prevalent in Ginsburg’s family. Her mother battled a deadly case of cervical cancer and succumbed the day before Ginsburg’s high school graduation. Complications from the disease also claimed Ginsburg’s husband, Martin, in 2010.

I once read that both of Ginzberg’s parents were members of the Communist Party.
Since then their biographies have been scrubbed of any reference to their Communist Party activity.

Can someone please point me to/post a link to a reference to support this contention.

The fact that she was an employee of the ACLU (founded by Communists,to defend Communists, long term Communist Front group) should have disqualified her for the Supreme Court and at very least forced her to recuse herself from ACLU involved cases.

Will the gutless coward RINO-Senate pressure President Trump to nominate a moderate to replace Kennedy?

We already know that the gutless coward RINO-House wouldn’t even impeach the leftist SCOTUS justices who have trampled on and betrayed the Constitution with their activist decisions.

Ginsburg, Breyer, Sotomayor, and Kagan will never retire.....they will hold on until they expire in office.

Didn't Ginsburg expire about 4 years ago? Has anyone seen her awake in the last four years?

Is there a good, solid conservative judge out there with a Russian sounding name that President Trump could nominate? Nickolai somebody, or Sergi somebody?

If there is another SCOTUS seat or two open, we know what will dominate the news for the next few months.

If I were Trump, I would tell all Cabinet Secretaries to work 24/7 on administration initiatives while the attention is diverted.

Trump will be re-elected. They have been throwing the kitchen sink at him for two years and he is just as popular as ever.

Eventually all but a hard core of leftists and tribalists will see through the propaganda (He drove over the fringe of the green on a golf course THAT HE OWNS, oh the humanity, the boorishness, IMPEACH HIM). These continued attacks will not tarnish him, they will inoculate him.

Scotusblog (which is usually pretty reliable) had a story a month ago where they basically said baring some major health issue or change of heart between then and the end of the term, Kennedy was NOT retiring, and their reasoning was pretty logical, he’s already hired interns and other office staff for the fall term, not something someone who had made plans to retire would normally do as an incoming justice would want to choose their own staff.

Yes, that appears to be “disastrous” with an extra “e” in it.
