Roe v Wade isn’t going to be altered in any meaningful way IMO, but PLEASE let this news be true. Then let RBG retire next.

And, as much as I love him, if Judge Thomas wants to step down, we will have a conservative majority Supreme Court for decades to come.

Retiring U.S. Supreme Court justices are entitled to a lifetime pension equal to their highest full salary. In order to qualify for a full pension, retiring justices must have served for a minimum of 10 years provided the sum of the justice’s age and years of Supreme Court service totals 80.

Everybody remember how nasty Obama was on putting a radical lib in to replace Scalia?

Remember that when GOPe starts going “Trump's nomination is too conservative to replace a liberal justice.”

Ginsburg, Breyer, Sotomayor, and Kagan will never retire.....they will hold on until they expire in office.

Kennedy is 80 years old. No one but a liberal is surprised that he would be retiring in the next eight years.

Ginsburg will retire or die in office in the next 8 years. She is 86. Bryer is 80 next year. He will be replaced during Trump's term.

Why all the lamentations by the libs? Can't they count? Don't they know what is coming?

Arghhhhhh. Still 7-1/2 years to go before Roberts can go.

Now they’re just making $hit up without even trying to give it a source.

I like you math and logic, if Trump is reelected. I hope most of it can happen this term, just to be safe.

The courts, Common Core (K-12 indoctrination), illegal invasion, and 0bamacare are where the rubber meets the road, in my opinion.

The Four Horsemen, so to speak.

We should all be fighting like there’s no tomorrow.

“Why all the lamentations by the libs? Can’t they count? Don’t they know what is coming? “

Even more than conservatives, the liberals know EXACTLY what can come from a Supreme Court that actually reads the Constitution, and they are scared to death of it.

For us, we see Sodomy, Kelo, and Roe as big issues. But if the Court is populated with conservatives that actually follow the Constitution, then everything short of national security and the functioning of the Judicial Branch become fair game, since there is no Constitutional Authority - they all could be eliminated TOMORROW. This includes:

1) The Humanities
2) The Arts
3) NPR and PBS
4) Obamacare

Oh year, a few more:
1) Education Department
2) EPA
3) Energy Department (non-defense related)

Starting to get the picture. Oh, almost forgot a couple of minor ones:
1) Medicaid funding
2) Medicare
3) Social Security

The list above shrinks government by about 75-80%. If people really want those back, they simply need pass Constitutional Amendments to authorize them.

Trump NEEDS to be VERY CAREFUL and get lots of input on picking this justice we definitely can’t afford to end up with ANOTHER Roberts, he NEEDS to meet and get advice from the Heritage foundation AND ALL of the MANY pastors that have supported him!!! NO MISTAKES on this pick!!!!

If he sticks to his list it will be fine. Dianne Sykes seems like a good choice. She’s already thrown out one law at the appeals level as a violation of the Second Amendment. That’s enough for me.

“Now they’re just making $hit up without even trying to give it a source.”

That’s been going on for a long time, but in earnest for about a year now. “An anonymous source” means “reached behind me and pulled it out of my a$$”.
