The Congressional leaders (i.e., the GOPEs) really, truly believe they can negotiate with ... they can have rational discussions with ... they must treat with dignity and respect the Leftists who control the Democrat Party and who despise these same GOPE leaders with a passionate hatred that -- quite literally -- has no limit.
This might come to an end pretty soon, as the Donald situation has caused more and more Donkdom to lose its cool.
