This is one of my predictions for the summer. Kennedy goes and we get a reliable 5 to 4 conservative court. The dems will go even more psychotic. I think this will hasen Ginsberg’s departure because her power will be dramatically lowered.

Ginsberg and Kennedy replaced by Gorsuch clones will make the court roughly 5.8 to 3.2 (the only flakey one left on our side is Roberts, but he’s still very conservative, other than on Obamacare). To win anything, the Dems will have to win over 2 conservatives...that is a high hill to climb.

Yeah, but this would be almost as good. He isn’t a reliable vote on conservative issues. He would be the second step in a generational change for the court. Get Ginsburg out and even Roberts occasional floundering won’t matter.
