The House should block any funds that would finance this evil plot waged by Clinton/Obama Marxists against the will of the people. This is the collusion that is an attack on our country.

Trump shouldn’t even have to fire him. Mueller should adnit his conflict of interest and voluntarily recuse himself. If he won’t, then he should be fired.

This whole deal with Special Counsel has me beside myself.

I can tell you right now that they will be able to twist words in such a way that it is a forgone conclusion that Trump will be charged with something. In addition to preventing Trumps agenda, they may actually succeed in bringing him down.

Rosenstein is actively working against the president. How did this asshat get selected?

Sessions recused himself, allowing Trumps enemy Rosenstein to appoint a rabid Democrat party hit man as Special Counsel and give him the power to look into anything he wants.

It seems that Trump was set up from the get-go. Republicans in congress stand by and watch while laughing up their sleeves.

And now, the radical left is even shooting at us, and able to get away with claiming it is our fault. I am so distraught. It is obvious our country is dead. I weep for my children.

Actually, Mueller has the legal and ethical obligation to recuse himself, because he is too close to one of the principals involved (Comey). If Mueller does not recuse himself then Trump must fire him. This is a travesty.

“I firmly believe Trump should take the high road.....hands-off getting rid of Mueller and his mob. Trump stays above the fray and has others do the heavy lifting.”

I agree.

Given enough rope, unethical enemies will almost always vindicate you by hanging themselves.

Don’t see why Trump shouldn’t fire him.
The media and the Left can’t possibly hate him more.

He should never have appointed Mueller. He should fire both Mueller and whomever it was who suggested him.

I believe Trumps wants an investigation ... so that the investigation can “clear” him of the ridiculous Russia connection charge.

BUT... Trump is making a BIG mistake.

They will use the fake Russia stuff to find something else like obstruction. Mark my words.

NO! Absolutely not, but every Republican should raise hell nonstop pointing out that the law says that the special counsel cannot be friends with any of the potential witnesses. Mueller and his star witness,Comey, are joined at the hip. They should bring enough pressure to bear that Meuller resigns of his own volition.

That would be Rosenstein. If the "leak" that Mueller is looking into obstruction of justice ( funny how that leak comes out right after the shooter at the baseball game turned out to be a left-wing libtard - anything to keep that off the front pages ) then Mueller HAS TO resign. Failure to do so is a violation of Federal law and a violation of professional ethics - for which he should be disbarred. The special council statute states that if you have a personal relationship with someone substantially involved in an investigation ( with Comey being the ONLY witness to the obstruction charge), you SHALL NOT serve as special council. That language is MANDATORY. Rosenstein had to have known this before appointing Mueller. When it was Comey's memo that supposedly triggered the appointment of the special council, Rosenstein knew that Comey was going to be a key witness ( the only one ) in the case. Somethng else is going on. The fix is in.

Once again, there is no special counsel statute. The s-c is a creation of internal rules and procedures of the DOJ.

Trump doesn’t need to fire anybody.

Sessions created this mess. He now needs to UNRECUSE himself, and FIRE Mueller and Rosenstein - ASAP.

One gentlemanly, "Polite" thing Trump can do ASAP......embargo all Comey's testimony before Congress.

Comey has a 10 million book deal....so embargoigng all his testimony means he cant write about any of the events that took him to Congress.

NOTICE that Comey HAD to exonerate Trump at the hearing....b/c if Trump were to be investigated based on something Comey said, Comey couldn't write about it b/c he'd be a potential witness.

You can bet Comey’s book leans heavily on Trump.....one reason he got the 10 mill.

As for the book pitch...probably 90% of Comey’s Congressional testimony comprised the book's negotiations.

====================================================

Trump needs to cut this guy off at the pass----order an embargo on any testimony delivered to Congress and any "matters" Comey discussed w/ Lynch, Mueller, and the Clintons.

Donald can cite "national security."

Trump needs to Tweet on this and then hold a press conference. It should also include a few statements on how this is Alinsky’s model who was the hero of Hillary and Obama.

Trump can get America behind him by exposing the hypocrisy of the left.

Once again, there is no special counsel statute. The s-c is a creation of internal rules and procedures of the DOJ.

True, but there is 28 CFR 600.7 (a) which says :

A Special Counsel shall comply with the rules, regulations, procedures, practices and policies of the Department of Justice. He or she shall consult with appropriate offices within the Department for guidance with respect to established practices, policies and procedures of the Department, including ethics and security regulations and procedures.

So there is in effect a statute stating that he must follow the rules and procedures set forth by the DOJ, so it amounts to the same thing.

That is an eventuality I gleefully look forward to.
