Are Democrats Plotting to Remove President Trump From Office?

It appears as though Democratic leaders are determined to exhaust every option as a means of removing President Trump from his rightful place in office. A House Democrat recently introduced a piece of new legislation which would amend the Constitution and make the removal of Presidents considerably easier and less secure. On Monday, Earl Blumenauer asserted that the current steps to remove an unfit President from office are ineffective.

Many people are unaware of how the impeachment process works in America. When a President is deemed as inadequate to serve, charges of conduct are required to be filed. Afterwards, there has to be a majority vote in the House of Representatives. When the Senate tries the case, a 66% vote is required to convict the President and subsequently “fire” him from office. Apparently, the current process that has been in place for decades is not enough to satisfy Blumenauer. His argument states that emotional and mental incapacity are not covered in cases of grounds for impeachment, despite the fact that the Vice President and majority of Cabinet officers can declare the President as unfit to serve.

With the “do-nothing” congress, I would not be surprised if that legislature actually got passed. Ryan would probably allow it to move forward which in turn, will tell you exactly how he feels about Trump. If the demodummies were in control, I have no doubt they would pass it. For now, it looks like we might be safe from it ever happening.

The rest:

According to Blumenauer, in a hypothetical situation, the “mentally or emotionally incapable” President could simply fire all of the members of the Cabinet to avoid impeachment. He continued, stating that Cabinet members could hold a potential bias in favor of the President since they answer to him. Blumenauer asserted that “strengthening” the 25th Amendment would be in America’s best interests, but in reality, he has his own agenda.

Blumenauer’s call to revise and revisit the 25th Amendment is nothing more than a ploy and a stretch to impeach a President who is not guilty of any crimes. What Blumenauer and a plethora of other Democrats fail to understand is that disliking the policies or mannerisms of the 45th President is not grounds for him to be removed from office. As long as the Left fails to come to terms with this reality, they will continue to lose elections.

Since they could only do that with GOPe help, this is not going to happen. If Ryan & Co. did that, the Republican Party would be wiped out in the House elections next year.

The Dems would probably rely on the 25 screwballs at Yale who declared this week that they are psychology “experts” and that Trump is crazy and should be removed from office because of it. Note that neither they, nor their cohorts, ever said the same thing about the candidacy of “screamer” Howard Dean; the extremely odd conduct of Lyndon Johnson; or the constant lies about her “Indian” heritage of Elizabeth Warren.

Obvious answer... Democrats have sought to remove EVERY RepublicN president from office since 1969.

They wanted to impeach Nixon in his first term, long before Watergate.

The dems will come to regret this if it goes through, just like the “nuclear option” that they legitimized and thought was great until they became the minority.

Ryan is already helping them. Make no mistake about it: he and his allies in the GOP see Trump as a serious political threat to the establishment and they are working to undermine him at every turn. Ryan’s modus operandi is of a passive-aggressive nature; he gives indications of supporting Trump but quietly acts to subvert him and his agenda.

If Ryan and his corrupt coterie of fellow RINOs are presented with the right opportunity, conditions and justification to give them political cover, I have no doubt they would side with the Democrats in an effort to oust Trump. Ryan is a dangerous weasel who should have been removed from his position the instant it became clear he was pursuing his own agenda and political ambitions. The fact that he is still the Speaker speaks volumes about the true intentions of the GOP.

The congressional GOP wants nothing more than to make Trump appear ineffective by slow walking every initiative and feigning support. There is absolutely no urgency whatsoever for a party with all three branches of government.

Even if they lose the majority they are fine with that because they can still get most of what they want for their big donors.

And if Trump is thrown out in 2020, they are fine with that also. Just like they were fine with Obama and would have been fine with Hillary.

They haven’t given a damn for their basic constituents for years now and are solely a party of corporate donors. The remainder is sheer incompetence and cowardice.
