So he is making excuses for Stephens because he is black. And that is why a dozen blacks can be shot on a single day in Chicago by other blacks, and there is little or no outrage among blacks. It’s just another item in the news, like the weather report or the sports scores. The BLM needs to be officially labeled a hate group at minimum and probably a terrorist group; particularly because of things like this where they incite terror/killing (white) people.
