Headline of the Day Poll

Should President Trump release his tax records?

Yes. The American people deserve to know what is in them.

No. They are totally irrelevant.

Yes - but only because he said he would after his audit. Shouldn’t go back on his word like that.

My comment was not based upon the law. It was based upon his promise. If your standard is whatever Kerry and the Clintons and Obama do, you’re way below any decent ethical practice. Either these people keep their word or they are untrustworthy.

My standard is based upon honesty of which I don’t think the three I mentioned have any. All are proven liars. My statement was to display that the pot can’t call the kettle black, whether it is or not, if it doesn’t claim to be itself.

If Trump didn’t do anything wrong, then he has nothing to hide. But if he continues the precedence used by past conservatives of having to explain himself to every slime liberal looking for a way to discredit someone by shooting into the dark, then nothing has changed.

This using of a persons personal, PRIVATE, information that has nothing to do with anything pertinent to the situation, and running from the lying media to cover a back side, is one of the major problems the conservatives have had since the inception of politics. When the Clinton political machine brought up the birth status of Obama, it was within the law that he had to be a natural born citizen That had pertinence. When it was brought up about an alcohol situation with Bush a quarter century previous, and no allegations of current abuse, that isn’t pertinent. So asking for something like tax returns, especially with the questionable history of the use of the IRS by libs, of a person since it has nothing to do with his job, is FILTHY CRAP, and nothing more.

I agree with what you say, HOWEVER. Trump said he would release his tax reports. That’s my only point, he should be true to his word. It doesn’t matter that others are liars. I didn’t vote for them. I expect them to lie until Trump or Sessions gets off their asses and puts them in prison..

I didn’t say Trump should not display his tax records. I said he didn’t have to by law. And I wouldn’t until the public is in the realization that this attack on him is nothing more than a smear tactic of public opinion to try to discredit him and his need for support for the more important things like the repeal or re-write of Obamacare, the re-establishment of respect for the capabilities of the US abroad, the worth of our resources on the foreign market like petroleum, and cutting down the budget so we are not adding to the debt that has been a half century in creating.

He’s got time. But he has a lot of very big items on the plate to go after before he nails criminals and liars like Obama and Clinton. Patience please. Even God took 6 days and one to rest to create everything. And contrary to popular belief, Trump ain’t that good. He’s good, But not that good.

Totally irrelevant. What would change about his Presidency if he had this, or some of that, or a few of those, in his returns?? NOTHING.

Whereas finding out if Obama was ever a citizen before becoming a senator would change A LOT. If he were ineligible it would be a constitutional crisis.
