Or that the drug I just gave you a script for is FDA FLAGGED and Black Boxed for Bone Cancer. Heck even the doc doesn’t inform you of that, so you can decide if you still want it.

It boggles the mind that country of origin info is virtually unattainable by the consumer.
Countries that put melamine in baby formula to eke out a few cents more per purchase would be no more ethical with their ingredient lists/caloric-sodium-fat content disclosures. Just tell me where it comes from and I'll know 95% of what I want to know right there.
