Apple found that LG wasn't up to meeting Apple's customer's standards. . . or Apple's quality requirements. They pulled them from the Apple Store after too many failures in the first three months, from what I hear. Just an fyi - LG monitors are still up on the Apple website.

Just an fyi - LG monitors are still up on the Apple website. Thanks for the info. They did pull them for awhile. . . LG must have addressed the issues Apple had. I generally don't go with the rumors, but this one was substantiated by the removal of the monitor. I just wasn't in the market for a 5K monitor and did not go looking again. I wonder when they returned to the Apple Store?
