Who keeps a computer with information that sensitive in an unoccupied car unattended? Smacks of gross negligence or coordinated, inside job with thief getting a heads up and “theft” giving everyone plausible deniability of involvement.

Was it not actually stolen out of storage on a MOTORCYCLE (”2015 Bajaj” in other reports), an even WORSE place to have left anything sensitive involving national security? Either way it is bad.
This has been posted a lot in the last few days, check the other earlier articles. This entire thing has been intentionally obscured so far it seems. Obama left a lot of trouble planted in our government.
