“All those welfare heifers”
Having grown up in farm country, I take issue with the term “heifer” in reference to female welfare recipients. A heifer is a female bovine who has never given birth.
In this context I prefer the term “brood mare.”

Actually living in the middle of farm country, Nebraska I should know better. There are just as many lazy males as females sucking the teet of America.
My grandfather would call them BUMs.
