Its a real Long Shot—it would take almost divine intervention for her to win in a rigged system France has. But—with God—all things are possible. Someone like her could do the trick. Better LePen now or a Napoleon in a decade.
That is exactly what the EEC "European Economic Comunity" was supposed to be. It was immesly successful. However when the EEC morphed into a common government ruled from Brussels it laid the seeds to its own destruction. It became a political entity instead of a economic entity. The EEC a great organization committed suicide. As an economic union it was a force for peace between nations of Europe that have fought each other for centuries. As a political overlord it aroused the passions of well founded nationality against foreign government from Brussels. The EEC has now become an institution of destabilization in Europe. Its original purpose was achieved and was grand. It is no longer that entity.
If she wins it will because Putin interfered in the election. Most French are happy with their “youth” riots and no go zones.
Hopefully Germany will be next. Merkel is evil.
