Bad headline. Trump, indeed any president, can’t “order” or instruct congressional committees to do anything. In the conversation related by Chaffetz, Trump was indicating support for any investigation the committee wanted to pursue. A pledge of cooperation is not an order.
Trump cannot order a House committee to do anything.
He can encourage them, he can say, “Do your job!”, but he cannot order them.
I think at the very least....everyone connected to the management of foundation will be brought into court and face some charges. For the email business....everyone that fired off classified material to Hillary’s address...ought to permanently lose their clearances (never to be given back), and face some type of fine.

I doubt if this would include Voter Fraud but Who Knows.
I am curious how Trump plans to this organize this investigation that he wants Pence to lead. And particularly when Idiot McConnell has declared that no funding will be provided and where he is clearly opposed to the very idea of an investigation of Voter Fraud.
