If the cold, take 2-3 Coldeez every 2-3 hours, sucking on them and not drinking up to an hour after dissolved. You can take them at the same time.
Prayer said...get well soon. Sometimes sleep and basic maintenance is all we can do for a while.
But stay hydrated. Chicken broth and TheraFlu help me get through colds (not as a mixture).
PRayers and get some chicken soup, even if it is in the can.
Prayers sent from East Texas. Trying drinking blueberry-pomegranate juice. It’s loaded with anti-oxidants. 8 oz or more a day, and it does seem to cut short whatever is ailing you.
As to cold vs flu: colds come on slowly, the flu hits suddenly. If you think it’s the flu, head to the doctor for a Rx of anti-virals, like Tamiflu. Catch the flu early, this stuff will shorten the duration of the flu.

Prayers for a speedy recovery... and if you’re still sick in three days prayers you’ll see a doctor.
If you have a qt of scotch/whiskey/bourbon, chug it. When you wake-up in 2 days or so, the cold’ll be gone.
Prayer works but you can help God help you by drinking lots of hot tea with lemon and honey, and taking some heavy doses of vitamin D3 for a couple of days
Put cinnamon on your oatmeal and spice up your meals with hot pepper or ginger! It’s all good!
Take care of yourself and don’t try to get active too soon. I have a friend who got the cold back after a couple of days of trying to return to her routine.
Praying. I had this. I ended up needing to go to urgent care and going on antibiotics, because after two or more weeks, it got worse.
I was very sick and left work to go the nearby Urgent Health Care Clinic and they gave me what you see below over a months time. After I took the following medicines I have not been ill for the past 3+ years.

A bad head cold that won’t get better after a week and you used the over the counter cold medicine? Then the following week you have strep throat with the head cold? Then get the medication Amoxicillin.
Still coughing after all this?
Get Azithromycin for 5 days for the coughing.
Throat feels tight, narrow at times. A frog in your throat.
Prednisone will fix this. Take just enough where you feel better.
Taking the medicine too long can temporarily affect your vision. Just slight blurriness.
After you stop taking the medicine your vision will go back to normal within 2 months. This drug also fixes aches and pains in your back and neck. One doctor thought I had an upper chest infection.
It’s not the chicken soup that cures you, it’s the thyme you put into it.

Prayers up - been a few strains of “crud” running around different areas - I was sick for a day and a half, then just feeling a bit crappy for a few days - hope you follow the same trend - we need some patriotic secret agents available for duty...;-)
