Yep. If anything, Lynch should be heaping scorn on Clintanoid Rahm Emanuel, Mr. Mayor. It’s his freaking dysfunctional city and has been for some time.
I believe the abuses are caused by the thugs in the hood killing people right and left because they are dumb ass losers.

Can you show me that in the report? Too often we think that “investigating” is the same as “conviction”. Some agencies have a history of opening an “investigation” for the purpose of supporting a Pre-determined conclusion.
I would like to think this investigation is not one of those but I will withhold judgement until we see what comes out of this report

I read the overly broad charges but, more importantly, this about domination of the police by the Feds and could eventually lead to an fascist takeover of local LEO
I have not drawn any conclusions yet. I am very aware of the fact that a lot of law enforcement agencies fail to report use of force and lack effective internal affairs investigation processes that preserve integrity of the agency and are often used to target cops that may “snitch” on the agency etc.
Bottom line: Does CPD need a change in leadership ?
I think running around to several LEO and forcing Consent tells me all I need to know.
They mean to co-opt local governance
