Tips for Hate Crime Hoaxers

In a country of more than 320 million people, everything must happen once. So it's somewhat surprising that not one of the alleged post-election hate crimes committed by Trump supporters has turned out to be true.

They are false in one of two ways: Either they aren't "hate" or they aren't true. This week, we'll provide tips for selling a hate crime that didn't happen.

Hate Crime Hoaxer Tip No. 1: Don't invent hate crimes that could form the opening of a Harlequin Romance.

Liberal girls always seem to be imagining strong, rough, Heathcliff-type white men demanding that they disrobe or become "sex slaves." (Oddly, Heathcliff keeps doing this in well-trafficked areas in the middle of the day with no witnesses.)

The hijab hoaxer at the University of Michigan described her imaginary Trump-supporting pursuer as white, in his 20s or 30s, with an athletic build, unkempt and intoxicated. He demanded that she remove her hijab. (After a police investigation, she admitted she made it up.)

The alleged hijab victim at University of New Mexico, Leena Aggad, said her hijab was ripped off by "a really buff guy wearing a Trump shirt." (The attack was serious enough for her to tell the media about it, but not serious enough to report it to campus security, much less the police.)

A 28-year-old black woman, Kara Stevens, claimed three Trump-supporting white men in their 30s approached her in a Safeway parking lot in Hillsboro, Oregon, mentioned Donald Trump -- then threatened to turn her into their "sex slave"! (Investigation suspended with no video, no witnesses and no evidence.)

With a little more imagination, these stories could become the new "Fifty Shades of Grey.”

Some of them sound like they would like to swoon for a Trump supporter.

Maybe we should have Trump Singles bars where all the guys can wear toupees to look like Donald and then kiss the ladies passionately to make them swoon. And nobody will have to report any “hate crimes.” 50 shades of Grey move over and make room for 50 tones of Trump! And nobody even gets whipped.

Tip for lawmakers:

To get these hoax stories to stop, make it a crime punishable by the same sentencing guidelines as what the hoaxer is accusing others of perpetrating. Claim a fake rape, go to jail for the same amount of time as a rapist. Claim a hate crime, get a hate crime enhancement tacked onto your fraud charges. Etc.

I was a Trump supporter and I was viciously attacked by not one, not two, but THREE buxom hardbodied blond women who stroked my arms, called me names like "Honey" and "Sugar" and then forced me to ... no, I can't speak of it ...

All the while, I was whispering for help ...

Here’s a better tip.

PETA nuts and other freaks decided to ruin agriculture with direct actions and slanders. So some states have passed laws making such things unlawful. And not just as petty crimes.

So why shouldn’t states pass laws tailored to hate crimes hoaxers? While they obviously need to be written very carefully so as not to harm real victims, they have to be very punitive to those caught out in deceptions.

First of all, they must misuse police and prosecutorial resources. Accusations against named individuals come under criminal and civil libel laws. So these hoaxes need to implicate indeterminate persons; *or* they should seek to create a public disturbance or animosity between people.

If under examination they either substantively change their story to the police, or confess that it is a hoax, this should be enough for arrest. Likewise, if the police can identify them as creators of the hoax, like buying spray paint on the day of spray paint hate vandalism, that also should substantiate an arrest.

They should. In addition, making a false rape allegation should be a felony.

Politically correct victim status seems to have become so attractive that some people will do anything to get it.

I don’t support a body of more ;was relating to hate crimes.

But i believe if you file a false report or lie to the police or in court, then you should have the same sentence the person you lied about would have had. This would apply to all crimes across the board, not just hate crimes.
