Notice how Morrell conflates criticism of leftist political appointees’ distortion of intel to attack Trump and constrain his future foreign policy into Trump criticizing “intelligence agents.”
Not so long ago, 50 (or was it 100?) intel analysts blew the whistle on their conclusions being totally distorted to make it appear that the Obama was defeating ISIS, etc. Some rank and file are Democrat stooges. The people worth keeping are no doubt fed up with corrupt management that perverts their work as it moves “upstream” to push fake narratives within our own government. Morrell must think that is satisfying to the people risking their lives.
Seriously? Duh! Any organization reflects the man (or woman) at the top. You're darn tootin' that the liberal ideology has filtered down to the agents in the eight years of Obama's Marxist ideology, where America is bad and our historically-avowed enemies are supposedly our friends.
Look for Trump to clean house of all these agency heads and some in their department's bureaucracies. Trump will need national intelligence while president, just not Obambi's version.

I contributed 7% of my income to help fund that pension. I also paid income tax on my salary as well as on my current pension. I also have an IRA that I funded like you have.
I didn't make the rules on my "bloated pension." Our elected representatives did. You had the choice of working for the federal government. You chose not to despite the benefits. I am not embarrassed about collecting my pension. I earned it by putting myself in harm's way along with the many hardships endured by my family.
I support government reform of the federal employment system. There are many ways to make it more equitable and not exceed the benefits available in the private sector. But don't castigate me personally for the benefits I receive as part of the contract I had with the federal government on my employment terms and conditions.
