Transfers are simple, you will not be denied service. If your daughter erased the phone contents, when you activate it the process is seamless.
Datura is correct. Make sure you back up your phone with iTunes before resetting it.
My husband inherited our daughter’s iPhone 5, but he uses my Apple ID. I wonder if you can just register a new one (Aplle ID) for yourself. Tie it to whatever email you use and think of a password that fits the parameters they want now.
Ping to you, Sir.
Looks like in iOS 10 to get a new iCloud account, you create it in your iPhone settings:
Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Acount > iCloud > Create a new Apple ID
Maybe it has been answered already in this case ignore. When my girlfriend bought a used iPhone we got an error message. I googled the message and the very first result was a step by step guide that the previous owner must do in the internet to release it to the new owner. It was quite simple procedure.
If you don’t have an AppleID yet, they will help you set one up when you go in.
you can create your own appleid. but you will be required to surrender your own personal desires and preferences in favor of what Apple has decided is proper, because Apple knows best.
You will have to create an Apple ID for it. That’s all they were asking about.
