A small liberal arts school won’t have a computer science program worth paying for. Do searches in-state or out-of-state for rankings for computer science programs. You don’t have to pick the best, just a good one and it does not have to be the most expensive. For the French minor, she won’t find a job there and could take less expensive classes at a junior college if it is really an interest.
