It’s not fuel free. It uses photons to provide propulsion force, which means the fuel is whatever energy source is used to make the photons. No laws of physics were harmed in the making of these photons...

It is impossible to break the laws of science. However. It is possible make use of laws that we are unaware of or to supercede lower level science laws through using higher level laws.

I’ll believe it when I see it for myself. You cannae break the laws of physics. I've read at least one analysis which argues that the EM drive can work, and without breaking the currently accepted laws of physics...
