Obama Aide Insults WWII Vets on Pearl Harbor: GET OVER IT! By George | December 6, 2016
Obama administration press secretary Josh Earnest has made a career on his snarky, hyper-partisan comments from the press room podium, but this was UNFORGIVABLE.
Addressing the corrupt media hacks about the upcoming visit of Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe to Pearl Harbor, Earnest dropped a comment that any WWII veteran would take as an INSULT.
From BizPac Review:
During a White House press briefing Monday, Earnest was asked whether veterans may be offended by Abes visit if he expressed no regret over the attack.
Earnest responded by saying veterans may very well feel embittered, especially if they personally fought in World War II.
If I were a World War II veteran who was drafted by the United States military to go and fight for our country overseas in the aftermath of the Pearl Harbor attack, I might feel quite embittered, and I think it would be a perfectly natural and understandable human reaction to not be particularly satisfied with the words of the Japanese Prime Minister, Earnest said.
But Earnest followed up by saying those veterans should overcome those feelings for the good of the country.
Yes, there may be some who feel personally embittered, he said. But Im confident that many will set aside their own personal bitterness, not because theyre personally satisfied by the words of the Prime Minister, but because they recognize how important this moment is for the United States.
Its that kind of dismissive attitude toward our veterans that helps explain why Democrats have been drummed out of office by the American people in all levels of government. For this pajama boy to lecture veterans who fought and lost friends in the Pearl Harbor attack is disgusting. January 20 cant come soon enough.
Thanks for the great analysis of the WH statement.
0bama says we over reacted to the Pearl Harbor attack /sarc
Liberals need to be slapped up the head.
Gwyneth Paltrow quote:
Criticizing people for being upset about 9/11: I find the English amazing how they got over 7/7. There were no multiple memorials with people sobbing as they would have been in America. There, they are constantly scaring people but at the same time, people think nothing of going to see a therapist.
Obama also apologized for our winning the war:

I didn’t see Joshie boy in Nam and my son Joshua sure didn’t see this verbal pansy in Iraq. I think we saw him in Michele’s flower garden among his fellow flowers.
I hear you.
The guy getting his head removed killed a civilian boat operator in Indonesia to keep his mission secret. He was sentenced to death after he was captured. It wasn’t a random act by the Japanese officer, although they were known to be brutal in many other instances. On our side, we were as brutal with them on Makin Island. (Read: American Samurai, it is a book written by an American Japanese who served in the Pacific.)
I will never forgive Abe for what he did to my beloved South during the Civil War.
