Personally, I have a hard time sitting still or being slow in anything.

I'd LOVE to be able to do Tai Chi, but I just can't liiiiifffffftttt ttthhheeeee mmmmooooonnnnnn ssslllloooowwwlllyyyy bbbrrreeeaaattthhhiiinnnggg innnnn annnnnnd ouuuuut aaaaaannnnnd ....

Yoga is very good isometric core strengthening exercise!
You’ll also develop the ability to ignore “kooks”, a yoga studio full of them!
