In California illegal aliens are allowed to obtain driver's licenses. Last year California passed a "motor voter" law. It stipulates that unless the applicant opts out, the applicant will automatically be added to the voter rolls. The potential for fraud is yuuge.
Tens of thousands of dead people are on the voting roles, many still “receive” their permanent absentee ballot. Illegal aliens are on the roles—thanks to the Democrats all an illegal alien has to do is get a California drivers license and they can register to vote, almost automatically. Then it is up to the County Registrar of Voters and the Secretary of State to vet them to assure they can legally vote. The Election Integrity Project in Los Angeles gave the LA Registrar 49,000 names of dead people, those that have moved or illegal aliens—and seemingly nothing has been done with that information.This is an affront to all real citizens and it violates Federal law:

Over half of all drivers license issued in California were given to individuals who are here illegally and the state automatically registers those with a driver’s license to vote. AGREED , The DOJ needs to set standards for the states elections when the elections are for Federal offices ,, maybe give them 6-12 months to clean up their rules and voter rolls and then prosecute.
The GOP should file a lawsuit demanding an injunction against CA officials. Put CA under federal supervision.

The problem with vote fraud is that neither R nor D has taken it seriously in the past and has not prosecuted it, even when the entire case is handed to them on a silver platter.
If Trump’s AG is serious about law-n-order all the Trump camp should not grandstand. It should quietly collect the evidence. Someone needs to do the ground work of interviewing the people who did not vote; but where someone else voted on their behalf. Unless honest people had a good ground game, we are totally unprepared to prosecute.
BTW, the worst grandstanding is exaggeration and mis-direction. There might be thousands of vote fraud. But no way is there millions.
And illegals are NOT the source of most vote fraud.
Natural born citizens who are navigators and community organizers are the perpetrators of most vote fraud. Their #1 motivation is not pushing their presidential candidate over the top. Their motivation is to impress their political connection so they continue to get funding. The system is typically set up with plausible deniability.

The DOJ’s voter integrity section should first force all states to comply with the motor voter law requiring they purge deceased, voters who have moved and non-citizens from their voter rolls. The DOJ can sue them to force this. Also, the commission that approves the individual state’s motor voter form can place a requirement, (such as Arizona attempted and that the Holder DOJ fought), that all registrations done on the federal motor voter form must include proof of citizenship. All of that can be done by the DOJ and the agencies without any involvement of Congress since the law already exist allowing these actions.
