Never mind Wisconsin. California’s Presidential vote must be disqualified

votefraudcalic

In California illegal aliens are allowed to obtain driver's licenses. Last year California passed a "motor voter" law. It stipulates that unless the applicant opts out, the applicant will automatically be added to the voter rolls. The potential for fraud is yuuge.

Tens of thousands of dead people are on the voting roles, many still “receive” their permanent absentee ballot. Illegal aliens are on the roles—thanks to the Democrats all an illegal alien has to do is get a California drivers license and they can register to vote, almost automatically. Then it is up to the County Registrar of Voters and the Secretary of State to vet them to assure they can legally vote. The Election Integrity Project in Los Angeles gave the LA Registrar 49,000 names of dead people, those that have moved or illegal aliens—and seemingly nothing has been done with that information.
This is an affront to all real citizens and it violates Federal law:
The official number of illegal aliens in the state of California is nearly 3 million. We can estimate the number to be more than double this amount in reality. Over half of all drivers license issued in California were given to individuals who are here illegally and the state automatically registers those with a driver’s license to vote. In 2015, California Governor Jerry Brown (D-CA) signed a bill giving full voting rights to illegal aliens. This gives them the right to vote in all elections from a local level to national elections, including that of choosing who will become President. The biggest problem with this is it is against Federal law for non-citizens to vote in any national election.
At least one study concludes that the 2008 election outcome was altered by illegal aliens voting:
In spite of substantial public controversy, very little reliable data exists concerning the frequency with which non-citizen immigrants participate in United States elections. Although such participation is a violation of election laws in most parts of the United States, enforcement depends principally on disclosure of citizenship status at the time of voter registration. This study examines participation rates by non-citizens using a nationally representative sample that includes non-citizen immigrants. We find that some non-citizens participate in U.S. elections, and that this participation has been large enough to change meaningful election outcomes including Electoral College votes, and Congressional elections. Non-citizen votes likely gave Senate Democrats the pivotal 60th vote needed to overcome filibusters in order to pass health care reform and other Obama administration priorities in the 111th Congress.
The terminally left biased twits at snopes.com, God love 'em, say hey,  there's nothing to worry about because the law didn't really grant illegals a right to vote:
While it's true that undocumented people in California can obtain a driver's license, the state has not passed any laws which also gives them the right to vote. The New Motor Voter Act was passed in an effort to improve voter turnout, and while this law does automatically register citizens to vote when obtaining or renewing a driver's license, this only applies to citizens who are already eligible to vote.
Want to see why? They turn to California SoS Alex Padilla:
"... Automated voter registration is actually a more secure way of doing things," California Secretary of State Alex Padilla told HuffPost in September. Potential voters "have to demonstrate proof of age, the vast majority of time people are showing a birth certificate or a passport, which also reflects citizenship. That's arguably more secure than someone checking a box under penalty of perjury," Padilla said.
So let's have a peek at what neither snopes nor Padilla are not telling you:

This is YUGE, but no one seems to want to tackle it. Of course the state of California opposes all attempts to investigate. It is something the GOP should push to fix.

We got lucky that time, now we have to un-tilt the field so we can get lucky again.

That is an insult to Kern County folk to be lopped into LA’s demographics. East and West California sound better. The Libs can have their coast. We will starve them in the central valley by cutting the agriculture exports to them.

And we will make them die of thirst when we cut of their water supply from Eastern California.

"the law didn't really grant illegals a right to vote"

Correct BUT there are absolutely no controls put in place to ensure they don't and there is no way to know after the fact whether they did nor not.

Per the CA Election Code everybody who shows up to vote gets the same ballot and there is no personally identifying info put on the ballot received.

If you can find where in the CA election code and procedures that they can keep illegals from voting for prez, be my guest.

I've already looked and can't find it.

CA election code:

Back when I lived in California, I thought it odd that election materials were printed in various languages for voters who didn't speak English. The vote fraud is out in the open and no one seems to care.

I went into a California Department of Motor Vehicles office last year. I thought I was in SEIU union headquarters. Most of the DMV employees were wearing purple SEIU union tee shirts. If they were not wearing SEIU purple tee shirts they wore some other purple shirt. You can bet your ass that every one of those illegals who went in there for a drivers license came out of the building as a registered Democrat getting mail in ballots. BTW, on California voter registration forms there are two fields for the voters address. That way the ballots get mailed to SEIU controlled addresses. How convenient.

With Super Majorities in the House and Senate, nothing will happen Sacramento.

It will take prosecution at the local level to put the fear of "jail time" in the cheating rascals....

Sounds like a Great Test Case for Attorney General Giuliani. PROSECUTE California Officials as Accessories to Vote Fraud.

You probably would need to make it East/West. With the Liberals, unfortunately, getting all of the nice Beach property in the West. All the Libs dregs from the United States seem to cluster on the West Coast, and have given us a Democrat controlled California (Baltimore gave us Pelosi, Brooklyn gave us Boxer, etc).

I presume Orange County, and San Diego, in the South, would vote conservative if they could eliminate the illegal voters from their rosters.

Ohio DMV is privatized. The employees are not government workers. It is very efficient. Went to them when I sold two cars to my brother this weekend. They where quick, courteous and efficient.

Motor Voter Laws destroyed what was left of our honest voting system. That bill needs to be repealed.

The GOP should file a lawsuit demanding an injunction against CA officials. Put CA under federal supervision.
