The quote is in Latin and a paraphrase of Cato the Elder's closing statement in all of his speeches in the Roman Senate, "Ceterum censeo Carthaginem esse delendam". (Furthermore, I consider that Carthage must be destroyed.)
I initially stuck in 0bama, then switched to HiLlARy. If anyone called the Secret Service on me they could hardly consider a comment in Latin to incite others to violence. I mean, how many people would even bother to look it up.
After the election I switched to our current biggest threat, Islam. I really don't care what they think.
